I went in to exchange my shoes, I saw the woman talk very rudely to an employee about sanitizing the counter because she didn’t like how many sprays she sprayed the counter. The employee just kept her head down, it was my turn at the counter, the rude lady is an assistant manager her name is Kate. Not only was she rude to her employees she also was being impatient with a customer in front of me that only spoke Spanish. The way this woman speaks to her employees is not professional, I literally felt bad for the employee just because she didn’t like the way the sanitizer smelled also her mask was not even on correctly. Almost every customer she didn’t no how to spell a name!! She should not be a manger at all she doesn’t know how to her employees much less customers. Do better Famous Foot wear on who you hire to represent y’all in management..
