Excellent customer service! The young lady I spoke to over the phone help me locate a pair of boots across the country that my husband was wanting. She was able to find the size that I want and got me connected over to the right people! All in all I have a wonderful experience every time I shop at this location.
Outstanding staff! The young lady that assisted me in choosing a bag was very knowledgable and helpful. She went as far as getting out her personal bag so I could see how it wears and even let me try it on with weight in it. I actually ended up going a few bucks over my budget on it because she sold it so well.
If you aren't familiar with 5.11 gear, expect high prices. Wide selection of tactical clothing. During my visit the was only 1 person working and was more interested in speaking with a customer.

Great service and a good selection of quality products. They keep North American Rescue C.A.T tourniquets in stock and a fantastic tourniquet holder from Fieldcraft Survival made just for the C.A.T tourniquet. Not to mention many other quality products.
