Got a new pair of docs there
I would give this a zero if possible. Went in to get my mother a pair of shoes she wanted for mother's day. I asked for red, low top converse in 8.5 and the female at the register huffed, pulled herself from her seat while rolling her eyes, and came back with a size 8, slamming it on to the counter. I said it was a gift and the size wasn't something I could budge on so I asked if there were a different style of the same shoe in this size. Her and her associate started giggling and mumbling under their breath. Everything I did was an inconvenience to them. I was never asked if I needed assistance, never greeted, and when I made myself known to get my purchase, everything bothered them. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER with 4 employees in this tiny store but somehow I was the issue. I will NEVER shop here again and will likely never purchase online for myself if this is who they're okay representing them. If my mom hadn't been adamant in want for red chucks, I would've left the first time she rolled her eyes.
