I never have any issues that are not solved. Great customer service. I can't review the groomers yet just made my first appointment with them. Their website is very easy to understand for those that aren't tech savvy. I've done everything from online shopping, to delivery and in store shopping. If there's one thing I'd like to see more of in this store it would be a bigger selection for bucket muzzles. I truly hope Petco pays their staff well they definitely deserve it. I almost always shop at Petco except for the dog food that requires a prescription from the vet. They don't carry prescribed brands. The variety from food to clothes and treat is much better at Petco.

Its alright as far as the store goes. Customers are pretty inconsiderate and won't clean up after their pets but the store is decent. As far as the grooming goes...it could use improvement. My sister-in-law manages a grooming petco elsewhere and she is shocked at how poorly this one is doing. His hair cut has been messed up, we paid to have his nails trimmed and they didn't do that, the one lady that took him was really nasty. I am about to leave the area but I am thinking I am going to go elsewhere even if its for one visit.

This store constantly impresses me with the level of care and concern demonstrated by the employees. This time I was taking my new puppy to training class, and I was blown away by how fantastic the trainer was. She was professional, understanding, caring, and so amazing with the puppies. Once upon a time I was a Petsmart customer, but because it was closer would pop in to Petco now and then. Each time I was amazed by my visit, and now I am a constant customer and recommend it to everyone. What you have done with customer service over the years has been incredible, and Harker Heights in particular is the best of them all. Thank you for having such a great program for puppies.
