I was a total Chewy customer until last month when I discovered that you offer competitive or matching pricing at the local store. I want to support a local business where the sales tax benefits my community. Staff is super friendly, helpful.
The young girl at the register was new and that's ok but she made several mistakes while attempting to check me out. All of which I had to call out. The people working in fish dept we're not helpful. He had no knowledge or information about the fish I wanted to purchase so I purchased it else where. I had to have my transaction cancelled 3 times and redone and Im pretty sure I still payed an extra $12.99
