No words. Crmc is a joke in my book
I was shocked there is no form to report negative experience. Although the check in ladies were awesome and the techs were friendly I was dismissed at the end of six weeks with no instructions to continue and my OT got copies of the exercises for me. Despite swelling I have regressed and will resume PT 55but ot here. I saw 5 different techs and have no doubt I would have progressed rather than be in the situation I face .nnEdit: after speaking with customer service and their sincere desire to help, I will be returning to blue roof to complete my therapy. I will be asking my doc for a new referral on Friday when I see him and feel good that I’ll have a positive outcome.
