We went to exchange a pair of shoes and this young woman kept repeating over and over their exchange policy rather than letting us exchange the shoes for a half size up. It was barely over two weeks and we didn’t know. I get they have a policy, but we’ve purchased our kids shoes here for 7 years. Congratulations- you wouldn’t let us exchange the shoes, you saved yourself thousands of more dollars in us ever coming back.

Store wouldn’t give me my money back because they didn’t have any cash in the register and they don’t refund credit or debit cards. I called the corporate office and the lady hung up on me after I asked her to stop yelling at me 3x. I just wanted to voice my disappointment in having to come back another day because they don’t keep enough cash on hand. They didn’t have $100 in the register. I wonder why business isn’t booming with people like this working for them. Footlocker, footaction, finishline, Champ’s and Eblens are only a few stores down. Why would I deal with this type of professionalism in the future?

Experience terrible customer service came in yesterday for fatgers day bought 2 pairs of shorts which was on sale buy 1 get 1 half off got home 1 pair was wrong size I called to inform them asked to please put the right 1 aside I'll be in Tomorrow since store was closing I would not have made it in time went back next day early afternoon and the employee said I was pissing him off because he would not give me the sale price got the manager who told me to f**k off never again and I frequent that store a lot for my husband my son and myself very unprofessional and I'm very upset. All I wanted was to get the pair I asked them to put aside at the deal I had just played.

if I could give a zero I would.. Horrible policy on returns.. what is the point of a emailed receipt if you cant use it for a return?? You just lost a customer over a $55 purchase that you couldnt give a store credit too..I will be making sure I spread the word on how expressions handles returns.. To boot no corporate phone number, guess they dont want to hear all the complaints!!!
