If I could give this facility less than one star, I would. They did nothing to rehab my family member for 14 days, which gave them reason to keep them for longer which put them into days that insurance would not pay, so they could get full payment from us. With Covid rampant, it was very difficult to get updates on my loved one's care. The only department that returned phone calls with sparse updates was Physical Therapy. Everyone else was very rude and uncaring. My loved one was allowed to go hungry and was not regularly given liquids, which resulted in severe dehydration. One of the worst facilities in the Tennessee Valley and you should not send your loved one here. Especially during this time when you cannot check up on them and see what they are hiding behind closed doors.nnUPDATEnI called the number provided in the reply to this post. I answered many questions and was on hold for a long while. Then answered more questions. After about 30 minutes, I was again put on hold and the phone call was disconnected. I was unable to get back to the person. Waste of time.

I can not speak for the care of the residents, but I will say my husband worked here for 4 months and the administrator, Tiffany Sawyer, fired him for no valid reason. She made up reasons to get rid of him after he spent 10 to 12 hours every day at this place working Mon thru Fri and being on call 24/7. He is a disabled veteran and I can say I have never seen him work so hard at a job. He would come home drenched in sweat every day and that was not enough for them. He was not allowed to do his job due to micromanagement and then written up for not being able to do his job. I have never encountered such poor management in all of my 14 years of nursing. It is truly sad that people get treated this way and nothing is ever done about it.

My mother and father have been rehab residents I could not have asked for better staff to take care of them. I have worked for the company for 13 years I love it and the people I work with. Thank you to all of them.

I have served as the Chaplian since September of 2018. Signature Healthcare is unlike any other facility as it has a full time Chaplain on staff and available for all residents and team members. I am honored to serve alongside the professional team at Signature Healthcare of Cleveland
