I was greeted pleasantly and quickly. The sales rep that helped me listened to my needs, helped me choose a new phone, and let me know I could receive credit for my old phone. He was very helpful in setting up the new phone and transferring everything from old to new, making enjoyable small talk during that process. Highly recommend this store and Eric in particular.

Excellent customer service! The representative Tyler Revis who helped me transfer my service did an outstanding job- he is knowledgeable, honest, very polite, professional and efficient and was a pleasure to work with. All my phone updates and carrier transfer were completed as quickly as possible. He even helped me get the appropriate accessories and put everything together so I could walk out with a fully functioning phone. Even though it got busy towards the end, I could see the other sales associates working together to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner. The store layout is also spacious and everyone adhered to wearing masks and observing distancing.

Tyler was fantastic! He walked us through the entire process of buying a new iPhone. He explained everything, showed us recommended accessories and transferred everything from the old phone to the new one. He installed the screen protector and phone cover as well. One stop shop! That was a great experience and we will definitely recommend this store and especially Tyler and his excellent customer service.
