We have come to Trek several times for large and small bike issues. The people here are so calm and helpful and always make us feel so welcome. Their pricing is fair and service excellent.
The guys at the store were great. Called a few days before hand they had what I wanted and for a deposit held the bike till I could make the drive (2 hours away) and pick it up. They made sure the bike fit and I had what I needed before I left. Great store great service.
Walked in store with a bicycle wheel that was warped and needed adjustment and was expecting to pick up next day. They took my wheel and had it adjusted back in alignment in just a few minutes. That was fast ! I will go back for my bike needs.
great group of folks here! If you need it, they have it or can get it. Great turn around times, and took the time to talk about the equipment recently installed on her bike. The store is small, but the service is huge!
Great people and great service. We traveled three hours and we were treated like family. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a Trek bike.
