I came to donate 8 boxes of items. It was raining but I backed my car up as far as it would go and got out to help. A employee (not sure the name I've never seen her before. African American maybe thirty) told me in a very sour tone that next time I didn't need to bring my things if it was raining. I would have understood if I hadn't taken the precautions as listed. It might have even been okay if her tone wasn't so rude. Never had this problem before.
I love to shop here! Great deals for nice items for a great cause! Also the customer service was excellent. The lady that help me, Tiffany, went above and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for. I wll definitely shop here in the future. Thank you Goodwill,and Ms Tiffany Smith!
I always prefer this Goodwill compared to the West side. They seem to be more fair on prices and have a courteous staff. This place can be busy at times though so be prepared to wait.
Good service. Items were all beyond unwearable in terms of actual quality (and forget style). Mask policy not enforced at all- if you are in the vulnerable category (or simply know better), beware!! Perfect place to catch covid. Many items were sticky to the touch.
