Everyone was very friendly and personable from the time I was walked in the door to the time I walked out! Brandon and Chris were great! They were very patient with me....even when I couldn’t remember any of my passwords to get into my phone! Jared and Kobe were amazing! My husband and I went to get a phone plan and they did everything possible to help us! Hands down the best experience we have had with a wireless carrier!
I meant to give a favorable response to this survey but I think a have the opposite. The young guy at the store recognised the issue with my phone immediately and knew just what to do to correct it. He resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes. He was pleasant and fun to talk to while waiting for results. I'm very happy with the service provided. Thank you all so much.
Staff was very personable and professional. I was able to get my questions answered as well as help with my phone. As with any retail store, they may be busy at times, but they are more than willing to accommodate!
