Love the store. Friendly and helpful staff. My only critique would be that although you can find good deals now and then. It's a little more expensive than most other stores

I’ve been a regular for 2 years with the online pickup orders. I’ve always had fantastic service in the past, but recently I’ve had numerous issues. There’s a big problem with getting expired meat, rotten produce, and asking for substitutions, but then not receiving them in my order. I know we are collectively going through a lot with this pandemic, so I’ve been respectful and understanding. However, I keep mentioning the issues, and it keeps happening. I’ve had items completely left out, yet I’m still being charged (one instance this happened, my shopper was so nice and helpful about it, and I truly appreciate that kind of customer service) but the expired meat happens almost every time I shop. They always offer to swap it out for me, but it’s an issue because I live 30 minutes away.nnI’ve still always used this location because in the past, I really have had amazing customer service, but the past few months it has plummeted terribly. The shoppers seem very untrained, and have zero customer service. My last visit in was on Saturday 1/09/2021, I came for my pick up order and everything was fine. About an hour later, I checked my bank account and saw I was negative $400. My shopper charged me $900 for my pick up instead of $90. I called the store immediately, and instead of just handing me to a manager, I got a ton of run around. I never got to a manger because she was busy, so they said they would call back. I got on the phone with my bank and my husband called Lowe’s back. He finally got a hold of the manager, who had to go through corporate since it was such a huge over charge. I then had to wait 4 days for the refund to go through my account. The stress and the headache from that issue left a bad taste. I was treated as if it wasn’t a big deal, I had the run around for 30 minutes with the store, and I was offered nothing to make up for the situation. I finally made the decision that I can no longer shop here due to how things are handled. I love the selection at Lowe’s, and the beer den is a great place! This review is solely for Lowe’s pick up orders, and the personal shoppers... and the manager who didn’t seem to care about my stressful situation.
