The floor employees are wonderful and helpful and that’s the only reason I’m giving any stars. Management is abysmal. I bought W/D and confirmed my delivery the day before it was scheduled to be delivered. The store cancelled my delivery and never told me. A friend came and helped me cut a ventilation hole for the dryer that day in the pouring rain in preparation for this delivery only to find out when I called them at 8pm wondering where my appliances were, that delivery had been cancelled. Fast forward to when they were actually delivered two days later and I’m having an issue with the washer. I call the store again (by the way, don’t try to reach a certain department because no one answers. Hit zero and then zero again to get someone who will transfer you and then good luck getting someone that way too). Finally tracked down a manager who said he would call me back in 10-15 minutes. That was an hour and a half ago. Still no callback. I have a feeling the floor employees love what they do but constantly have to deal with a horrible lack of strong leadership.

Have never had a problem with this store. Everything in order and self checkout works great. Hardly any lines and all employees wear masks. I’ve seen the occasional shopper without a mask even though their door says it’s required

We contracted for a huge deck to be built in the back of the house. We had a finish date in mind. Because they did not schedule properly, it was not started or completed on time. The contractors were not properly trained and the store did not deliver all of the supplies. Construction was stopped 5 times while waiting on items they did not deliver. When we contacted our sales person at Lowe's, he would not return our calls. Not only that, but he would bring the things we were short of in the middle of the night. We finally had to get his supervisor involved to get everything straight. Our contractors had to call Lowe's corporate office to complain of the lack of supplies. Won't ever use Lowe's for anything again.

The only reason this review is a five star review is thanks to Denise and all her help. She was able to answer our questions and check us out, when we had already asked 2 other people for help, and after an hour of waiting, help never came. Denise was wonderful and was able to help us with everything. She deserves all the credit and hope she is being considered for a raise.
