I’m very impressed with the level of care my son is receiving at the center for family medicine. They dedicate time and real care to the patient. If allnDoctors did this, personal care would come back again.

This place is so frustrating if you’re trying to call and ask a question regarding your health matter, they never answer their phone!!!! It doesn’t matter what time during the normal business hours even if it’s at 8 am. If you leaves a meeting, they don’t call you back. If you’re lucky and happen to get a live person and leave a message with that person, guess what!! The message never gets to the doctors, this is absolutely horrible!. You’re better off joining another doctor’s office! Bad customer care!

I have been a patient for years. The experience has been great. I had a terrible experience with Megan Hanna. She made me feel like dirt. Her bedside manner ... She has none. Basically she told me i have joint pains because I'm fat and to expect a poor quality of life. I had blood work come back some with a exclamation beside it. I ask and she said it nothing. Well if it's nothing and not out of range why the red exclamation mark.i requested scans and MRI to find the root of what's going on with me. Again she said those are expensive and they will not show anything. In other words you have hospital sponsorship and you don't deserve service. I deserve it Megan I am a veteran. I have put my time in as a Army soldier. Wow this lady is unbelievable ! The look on the intern face she was embarrassed . Needless to say I will never schedule to see her again. It's a great office Megan is a rotten apple!

Came in for a new patient appointment and was kept waiting in waiting area for 30+ minutes and then was taken to a room where they kept me waiting for almost 2 hours until I couldn't wait any longer because I had other places to be. Then they called to reschedule and I made another appointment for only a week out and then I had to cancel because I couldn't get a sitter for my new born that I didn't want to expose to a bunch of germs. So I called back to reschedule and I sat on hold 3 times once for 15 min no answer, then twice for 20-25 min where I was hung up on and then when I finally got through to the office they said they wouldn't allow me to make an appointment sooner than 3 weeks out because I was a new patient even though I had already been there and had to leave because of them and had rescheduled once before for only a week out. I will not be going to this office because they are clearly unprofessional and uncaring! And I normally love prisma health offices but I am appalled at how they talk to patients and treat them.
