The staff of Care Plus Home Care is awesome. It is a family owned company and to me that means not only do they want to provide good service they also want the tradition of their company to maintain the wonderful reputation they have for service for future generations of their family as they enter the business. I have called upon their nurse Kathy many times. She is always kind, informational, and I feel confident she knows her stuff. Care Plus Home Care really does care.
This place is absolutely amazing. I have friends who also go here and they complain about not being seen right away and long wait times. My personal experience has been the best, tonight I called and spoke with Angela who I always ask for at no joke it was 450pm by 510 I was being seen and a prescription in hand.
Customer Service and Billing are terrible. I misplaced a bill, it doesn't show in MyChart. I have called multiple times only to be disconnected. The one time I actually got to speak to a human, she put me on hold and they disconnected me promptly at 5pm. There is no after hours line, either. They make it nearly impossible to get in touch with them.
From the moment the door was opened for our temps to be checked and throughout our entire stay everyone displayed a very professional and content attitude. They were all very pleasant and appeared to enjoy serving those in need by giving quality care. The second day I arrived to visit my husband after open heart surgery the gentlemen doing yard maintenance lifted the edger until I had walked by. I thought that was an act of kindness to consider the loud noise and wait rather than pushing on to finish their work. I felt confident that my husband was being well cared for by the entire staff. In the hallways the majority of employees and visitors give a brief hello. Thankful that Bon Secours is In Greenville. I would not want to go to any other hospital.
Took an elderly man to the E R for pain and swelling in his face and neck 3 days after a dental procedure. The entire staff was incredibly kind and involved with his care. I was actually suprislzed how nice everybody was as the new normal in health care seems to be dominated by Covid and nothing else. He was examined diagnosed and treated in a reasonable amount of time. He is on Antibiotics and feels alot better. He wanted to thank everybody in the downtown We for their kindness and great care
