Wonderful hospital, as a medical courier I’ve had an easy time getting to any of my destinations inside day or night and always have an easy time getting instructions, but on 3/10/21 as usual and as I was instructed I pulled where I normally do for my lab pickups only to be very rudely berated by the nighttime front entrance security officer, not only did he have an unrelenting attitude he continued to interrupt me and accuse me of lying after stating I hadn’t been told of this rule, his response being “yes you did because I told you” and continued to repeat “front door” as if he were talking to his child. It is beyond unprofessional to accuse someone who you can barely see in the dark of lying because you believe you already told them something when I know for a fact I haven’t seen him or spoke to him until that moment.

We delivered our baby girl at this hospital in December of 2020. The experience was AMAZING. During labor, the nurses were so kind and I had basically no wait time for the epidural. They have huge rooms with big tubs and all the things you might need to help with pain management. The nurses (I had Suzanne) were AMAZING. I felt so at ease and they coached me through it all. Can't say enough about Suzanne! Dr. Moore was also amazing - he delivered our baby girl. After delivery, we had many nurses during our hospital stay all of which were great but I'd like to send love to Elizabeth. She was so kind and helped our baby who had to be under bilirubin lights for a second time. The food was also amazing (I'm gluten free) and everyone was so kind. Would deliver there again for sure!

I had a wonderful experience delivering there. I had a repeat scheduled c section and everyone I engaged with was nothing but kind. I only wish the hospital had better food options like Greenville memorial, downtown. There is no Chick-fil-A or subway or any coffee shops. The actual kitchen has weird hours as well. The rooms are lovely & clean, much better than downtown.

The nurses and doctors at this hospital are the best I have seen. Everyone is super nice and the Labor and Delivery rooms are huge and the whole facility is top notch. We are so glad we had our baby boy here!

I had surgery today and I have to say, I am beyond impressed with the services I received from the time I entered this hospital until I left.nnNo one was allowed to accompany me while I waited in the back to be taken to surgery or while in recovery. I was very nervous about this as I wasn’t sure how I would be treated, and knew I wouldn’t be in the right frame of mind to take up for myself if I needed too.nnThe care and compassion I received, especially in the midst of a pandemic is so unreal. Due to no one being allowed to accompany me, the nurses had to help with everything I needed. These nurses had extra duties and did not complain not once!nnI had to use the bathroom as soon as I woke up in recovery. This nurse took her time and gave me a bedpan. As we both laughed at me not being able to use a bedpan she went and turned on some water to see if that would help. When I still couldn’t use the bedpan, she helped me to the bathroom and didn’t complain, rush me or say ANYTHING out of the way. She was totally cool with it and understanding. She made me so comfortable to the point I forgot she was in the bathroom with me! I have NEVER had a nurse in the bathroom with me lol.nnWhen it was time to leave, they helped me get dressed. They actually took time to help me get dressed y’all. I mean they used really good care and was gentle. They made sure my clothes were on right and most importantly, they changed my socks. I know it may not mean much to others but it meant the world to me. Instead of sending me home in the hospital socks, they actually put my socks and shoes on and tied my shoes!
