Waited in line for who knows how long while they had only one cashier on the registers. Once I finally got to the register, I spoke with a woman manager named Jian and after bringing up my concerns about the quality of service, I was told that Ross was hiring and that I could apply if I wanted to help. Unbelievably poor customer service skills from somebody that’s in charge of the rest of the employees.
I love ross but I went in there with my 2 daughters and daughter n law & yes they were kind of loud we were excited having fun with my youngest because she was leaving Oklahoma to move to georgia and between the 4 of us we had over $4,000 to shop & to be watched was absolutely embarrassing and I'll never go back I spent $300 in thier store I liked it was big and nice found alot great savings but I am a queen of customer service and that was terrible no one should ever be judged by an appearance ever
In dire need of energy boost in the clerks. The walking dead zombies move faster than they do. Also..please hire more clerks. It is sad when 1 cashier is doing it all and the loss prevention girl just threw up her hands when a person walks out without paying..like 'Oh Well'ud83eudd37♀ufe0f
You gotta spend time shopping thru their merchandise. Good sales.
Excellent selection and great prices. Rarely busy so it's always nice to shop.
