My wife and I eat here about once a week to take advantage of their two for one wing specials. Out of the probably 20-30 times we have ordered, it only came out incorrectly twice, which the staff was always quick and courteous to fix for us with no fuss! One of the best BWW locations that you can find, honestly. Much better than their sister locations in Tulsa. Keep it up you guys! Picture taken last Thursday. I love going here. The food is great. The atmosphere is nice as well. So many TVs!
100% the worst service I have experienced at a restaurant. Ample staff for the amount of patrons in the establishment. Watched the Manager on duty sit at the end of the bar flirting with the girls.nnI paid my tab and left, went less than a mile down the road to PJs. More people in the building with literally only 1 person to take care of all. She was an absolute ROCKSTAR! Never once sat empty on my drink and had my food quickly!
Even though my order was messed up, they quickly rectified it. Not only did they remake my order, gave me a partial refund and a credit for future use. The manager is truly about great customer service.
We go here every week because my partner LOVES their wings. I usually get chili cheese fries and something else. If you haven't had fries with chili and queso, you should. ud83dude0e
