This is my all time favorite place!!! The owners are beyond awesome! I once spilled 4 snocones he came running outside cleaned my car for me and made me more at no charge!!! I only buy from here.. They have won me over with kindness and awesome service!!! Plus the flavors are endless!!!! And the sugar free flavors are plentiful!!

My kids always get so excited when we pull up to Patsy’s! They love the fun toppings and hearing about the new combo’s advertised by the window each time. I enjoy exploring new flavors and there are so many to choose from! The sugar free selection is great too. Every worker we have ever encountered has been incredibly patient and friendly. The friendliness is what brings us back to this location over and over again. There are always other snow cones, but there is only one Patsy’s and I’m so glad it’s in our town.

Patsy’s Sno Cones and Party place has the absolute best sno cones and customer service in Northeastern Oklahoma. Phil and Anne make you feel like family. The parties they put on are top notch for kids and kids at heart! Not only do they take care of their human customers, but they take care of the fur babies too. All the staff (Patsy’s girls) are incredibly sweet and attentive. Patsy’s provides a quality service at an awesome price, and is a favorite in the community.

Patsy’s not only has the best sno-cones my family has ever had, but the establishment and owners are incredible! Such a fun atmosphere for a birthday party, and Phillip jumps right in socializing with the kids and families, making everyone feel right at home. He has put in so much work and employs some of the sweetest teenagers in our area! We love Patsy’s, thank you for giving claremore and surrounding areas a beautiful place to spend time at!
