Sushi is great especially location wise. We’ve been here a few times and never had any issues. Recently went for lunch and our waitress was Raven. We got our check and paid with a debit card. I left her tip in cash. Once we left the restaurant I checked my account via my phone maybe 10 minutes later and noticed the amount shown on my statement was different than what I had signed for. We went back in to confront the issue. Raven went to “get the manager” and shortly came back saying this happened to a customer a few years back and that the amount should be corrected tomorrow and to call us if it wasn’t. 48 hours later the correct amount showed up in my account but it seems she double dipped. If we ever go back I’ll only be paying in cash but I doubt I’ll return there. We are very sad because the owners and other waiters/waitresses have been great along with their food. Beware and double check your accounts! I have pictures of proof of the incident if management would like to contact me.
The sushi is fine for the price. What i didn’t appreciate is being told a certain price over the phone and then being charged and extra three dollars because i asked them to put an ingredient that was already in the roll on the outside instead of the inside. Not sure how that warrants an extra charge but whatever. Probably won’t be going back for a 15 dollar mediocre roll of sushi.
We are so lucky to have a Japanese restaurant this good in a town the size of Claremore. Absolutely delicious! The service is sometimes a little slow, but when the food is this good, who cares.
Excellent food. Was a decently fast for being there with only one other patron. We came at closing.
I love sushi and sashimi & this place had dishes that were excellently prepared. Service was adequate as the waitress was busy and the prices were average for what we ordered.themeal itself was excellent except the salad. It was completely. Submerged in salad dressing and resembled soup. But the appetizer and meal was superb.
