It was so hot. The temperature was at like 90+ degrees. But the food was amazing.I was so full and satisfied
I got a call from the manager who said their city opened up dining restrictions and that's why they aren't practicing social distancing and mask wearing. This location's Google listing SPECIFICALLY says they require masks and that the staff is wearing masks too. It's not a good practice to lie to customers. They gave me a phone number to call BWW Home Office but it was an invalid phone number.
First off when did Buffalo get so expensive? Second I asked for EXTRA lettuce even said I will pay extra. I told them when I get the wrap id like more lettuce so its not just chicken & the wrap. It came back with a bunch of tomatoes but only a sprinkle of lettuce.. I asked for a side salad but got served a Caesar salad..
It was wonderful!nThe place is kept supremely clean, someone is sweeping the floors like every 15 minutes it seems, and the customer service was on point. They made sure I had exactly everything I needed. Not to mention both the host and the server were very accommodating. Making sure I got seated somewhere comfortable and that I was okay with, not minding my ever changing mind.nAnother think I enjoyed was how nice the bathrooms are kept! Absolutely lovely.nAnd the music was just my style haha.nThe only thing that could count as a negative was that my eating partner felt the food took a bit too long to get out to the table, I personally enjoyed the extra time to socialize and rate the restaurant a Full 5 stars!nThe food is phenomenal as well, just eat your wings fast or they'll get cold! But that's normal for any set of wings haha.nGo eat here, its really good!
Slow. You can stand at the counter and wait for five minutes during lunch (when they are slow). Tip: call the restaurant while you wait to get the two people that work there cleaning the tables and running back and forth from the back to actually come to the county. A real person won’t get them there, but a phone call will.
