I like the store and selections, but, I got cheated out of $10 cash, for I had a split transaction, which they refuse to check into the matter and fix it! I even contacted the email address given, but to no avail because they didn’t reply! Why they don’t handle these matters at their stores is beyond me! Rotten service in this regard! Don’t use cash! Keep track of your purchase amounts!
Ladies that help me was so very nice and helpful. I showed them picture of pair I was looking for. They said it could be ordered. That delivery time will very due to if another store has my size ect. Said it could take 3 -5 days or a week depends if another store has my size. All 3 Shoe Dept was so very nice. Thank you Ladies .

Yesterday I bought 5 pairs of shoes in the store. When I got home one pair was mismatched (one women's size 7 and one men's size 7) when I called about it I heard a manager in the background say they need to be here first thing in the morning and they BETTER have a receipt... Well, I drove the hour back to the mall today to exchange it (with my receipt) and the manager still wanted to act like I may have stole the damn things. I'll make sure to give my money to another store from here on out.
They have good shoes and the employees are really nice and consdret
