Crystal is very unprofessional! Very rude towards employees, if you are going to be in a position of management. You need to know how to carry yourself! If someone works they deserve to get paid for their time, and she decided to have a smart comment saying “you think you deserve to get paid, don’t ever call or text my phone again” WHEN SHE INITIATED THE CONVERSATION. She has a very disgusting attitude and needs to learn how to talk to people correctly!
All the employees are awesome! The store has a great selection with very fair prices!

Large assortment of shoes & accessories for the entire family. The best kept secret about Shoe Dept. is that they offer low down payment layaway & I use that service a couple of times a year.
My family and I walked to the door and was told that it was time to close.... it wasn't even 8 pm yet! We planned on buying a good pair of shoes for each member of our family! Not including us there were at least 3 other people that were wanting to go in! If they were spending as much as we planned, that's a good 400 500 dollars they lost out on! Will not be getting any of our business again!
