Brought out the wrong food twice. I ordered a southwest chicken Cesar salad and they brought out a Santa Fe salad which was so spicy. We asked the server and he didn’t bother to look at our ticket just shrugged his shoulders. Luckily they have the kiosk at the tables and I was able to look at my order that he put in and sure enough it was the southwest Cesar. The kitchen gave him the wrong order and then when we asked for it to be replaced it took sooo long for the correct salad to be brought out and it was STILL wrong. I don’t think they know what comes on there salad. I have ordered the same thing for the last 3 years and I know exactly what’s on it. The salad they brought out had avocado, cilantro, and no dressing. The only difference is that the chicken wasn’t spicy. We won’t be back to this location.

We did a curbside order last night for our dinner. Two very tired parents. There was tons of hair in our food. Like tangled up in to melted cheese & inside the meat. Took bites & pulled gobs of it out of our mouths & it was stuck in the food. I’m sorry but that’s disgusting. We couldn’t eat. Tossed both dinners. Waste of money.

The Merry berry margarita was so good. However, the restaurant itself was so dirty. Junk all over the floor, the mirror we sat next to not only had finger and hand prints all of it...but smeared food. My chicken tacos had little flavor and some of the chicken was over dried and burnt. There were fries and chips all over the floor as I walked past the kitchen. I could barely stomach my food. Will not be returning to the Bixby location
