Do Not Shop At This Location, Unbelievable and Unprofessional Manager named *Mark* who claim’s he “owned” the store...ya right buddy. You’re running down the trusted name and brand of Finish Line! Get rid of him, in 20 years of shopping with the brand I've never had this problem. We spent $700 at this store on Sunday, when we got home that evening I took the shoe out the box and told my wife the shoe looked like it had been worn at least in the store (probably by one of his friends now that we think of it) and then put back on the shelf. I specifically asked for a pair that weren’t ever worn or tried on and that I don’t even need to try them on just get my size and I’ll take them. As someone who owns over 300 pairs of shoes that’s just how I like to buy them. Also the cashier at the counter literally begged me for a donation after I told him NO several times but I finally gave in and donated against my will (I do my giving in person to people in need Not drop in buckets). Long story short I sent my wife and 2 year old in today Tuesday 11/24/2020 to return them because we changed our minds about the shoes in general. He would not take them back he told her these have been worn and I won’t accept them back (I have never even tried them on mind you) but he kept telling her while I was on the phone with her as she was very upset that there’s nothing she can do about it and that he’s the owner blah blah blah so she called the store on Memorial physically upset and it’s another 15 miles away, the woman there was very apologetic and kind and said please bring the merchandise here we will return all of it for you no problem. Mark, not only are we returning the shoes but we are returning EVERYTHING back today. I will not do business with a company who puts someone like YOU as the face of their name brand and manager and then do nothing about it. Cooperate is getting the next call.

Very bad costumer service! I have had two bad experiences with this store in particular, one over the phone and one in person! I had contacted the store about a question I had regarding some shoes and the employee that answered the phone was very rude and NOT HELPFUL at all! The second time was when I had went to the store to look for some shoes and none of the 5 employees on the floor were offering any help, instead they were talking amongst one another. I had to request help multiple times to receive it and even then just to get an attitude from a rude employee. Very Disappointing.

The manager at the store is extremely rude, unprofessional and a liar! He is holding shoes for someone. Definitely not the customers waiting in line. That’s not his only problem. He’s also down right rude. He doesn’t want to be bothered. He acts like the customer is beneath him. I will never shop here again! I’ve never been treated so poorly in my entire life.

Manager “Mark” was very rude and unprofessional when I brought in a shoe I ordered online and tried to return it. Company sent wrong shoe which is no problem but what is a problem is when the manager lies and claims he cannot do a online return in store because in reality he doesn’t want to take the effect of a $80 shoe return on the stores sales. I had my receipt and the card I made the purchase with and he refused to do the return. Great company terrible mangers running the store.

Way too many unprofessional people (kids)working here. Employees were cursing and talking about other employees on the sales floor. Customers were not being greeted or helped. I pretty much took the shoe I wanted to an employee just standing around looking lost in the store and asked for my size. When he finally came back I was told they were sold out. No can I look online for you or nothing until I mentioned it. I ended up placing the order online at home on my own.
