Would give zero stars if I could. Took shoes back to return that have not been worn. They said they have been worn and would not take them. Will never set foot in another Finish Line again.
Good selection and great prices. My daughter also likes the backpack style bags you put her shoes in.
Bought a pair of shoes on their website. Tried them on when I got them at home and walked around the house once in them to test them. Didn’t like the shoe, so I went into the store to return them and they wouldn’t let me because “they had been worn”. Even though the only way to try on a shoe is to put it on. So I got store credit instead and had to settle on a pair of shoes I didn’t really like because the rest were all out of my budget and more than I had on the gift card.nnIf you come here, just hope that you get a shoe you will never want to return, because once you put them on outside of the store, they’re as good as gone.
They helped me out and kids were happy with the shoes. One shoe wasn't the right size since I didn't take the kids to check but they allowed me to come right back and even opened the gate for me since they were closing but knew I was just there and they helped me out and made the switch real quick.
Ordered shoes online & they sent me the wrong shoes in an inside out Nike box. I ordered New Balance. Tried to return in store they would not return & then sent them back & they sent them back to me & said not their product. Where how did I get the shoes? Customer Service horrible & wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. I will be writing BAD reviews on all sites, because had they sent me the shoes I ordered O wouldn’t be returning anything. It’s HORRIBLE service when whom ever sent me the wrong shoes knew that I would have such a hard time returning the product they sent me. I have never had such a bad experience with a company ordering online. If the shoes were not available a refund would have been fine to began with. Now it’s been a month & I still don’t have a refund or the shoes I ordered. Shame on you Finish Line.
