Not sure how legit this company is, currently they closed for some reason and was suppose to reopen back around Dec 22. The entire time I guess my phones have been left without insurance coverage. I have attempted to email and call them since they have reopened and I have gotten no response to either contact method. Not very sure how legit this company is currently. Beware, they make promises of referral credits and then they never show up, they have over billed my credit card, they have denied a claim in the past, and now they were closed for over a month without notifying customers (good thing I didnt need any insurance on my phone). At this point it is to late to sign up for another insurance provider and I am left without cell phone coverage. What the heck! While closed their emails stated how sorry they were and that they would make it up to customers, well I have yet to hear from this company since reopening, if I do I will provide an update on here.
