It's easy to give a negative review when displeased but important to give credit where credit is due.nLast night was my first time staying at this property and was given the BEST customer service that I've had in a long time.nKaren at the front desk was the one who created my reservation and was the one who greeted me upon my arrival. She was kind, efficient when checking me in and very genuine. She acknowledged me as a rewards member, explained the amenities available to me at this property (which are ever changing due to COVID) and deposited my points in a timely manner.nBefore my departure I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast attendant. She was patient, kind and extremely helpful.nKudos to the management team for being selective in hiring their staff and for the positive atmosphere amongst their employees that radiates to the guests. Good job!

Good price, easy parking. Save your toll receipt for the exit. Coming from tulsa we got 2.25 back. Lobby is clean. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately it was obvious our room was a former smoking room and smelled heavily of smoke. Room 324. Had to drop 2 stars for that. Running the fan made it a bit better bit still quite strong.

I stayed here in my way from Phoenix to Kentucky. The gentleman who works here at night was very nice and helpful.nnThere were only two things I noticed that could have been better was that I saw a discolored spot on one of the comforters where it looked like someone had put their shoes on the bed. The other thing was the pumps for the body wash shampoo and conditioner bottles had some build up on the ends.nnOverall a good visit.

It's an older hotel. I thought it would be a whole lot nicer than what it was. The vending & ice machines didnt work on all the floors. Either the ice machine didn't work on my floor so I had to go down to the lobby to get ice or the soda machine didnt work in the lobby so I had to go up the stairs to get a soda. The only good thing I liked bout the place was the indoor swimming pool & hot tub. They certainly need to do some remodeling especially if they charge $160 for a suite for only 1 night. They should be able to afford some upgrades I would say! Won't be staying here again.

Very nice room, but: extremely rude staff. Very overpriced. 2 nights with deposits cost $600, $150 refundable. Ridiculous price and made up, mamsy pamsy deposits. Very difficult to work with. Not people friendly. Stiff and unfriendly. Will never stay there again. So disappointed, Holiday Inn used to be the best. But they are far from it now.
