Erica and Edwin are simply outstanding. These two went above and beyond with assisting me. They helped me to find the correct sizes explained how my Torrid bucks worked and very kind and friendly. Edwin and Erica even suggested some things they would look good and fit with some of the items I was purchasing. They weren’t pushy or trying to up sale me and I like that. They were genuine about helping me and providing excellent customer service. Kudos to you guys for your exceptional customer service. I appreciate all of your help. People are so quick to always acknowledge when someone does something wrong, and never take the time to say thank you when you do something right or above and beyond. If your corporate office can see this Erica and Edwin need raises. Hospitality was way better than some of the other locations I’ve visited. Thank you. I will be back soon. ud83dude42

Such a great experience here today. Such a great selection of items! On top of that Laerica automatically greeted me and told me the specials. She was honest, friendly, and so kind. She made my quick shopping experience fun and relaxing. I was able to chat with her openly and she did not make me feel some type of way about not buying anything today and returning an item that I bought online that just did not work for me. She empathized with me and I would come back here just to chat and shop with her.

I had a return and the associate helped me out pleasantly, patiently, and also helped make me aware of sales and the shorts clearance that was taking place.nnI love this particular location because if you visit when it's not too busy, you don't feel rushed.nnAlso, I like the presentation of the stock and could easily spend a lot of money there in one visit!nn---The Fitting Rooms are still closed ud83dude1f---
