Good selection, lots of room for social distanced shopping.
Terrible customer service. I didn’t even get greeted when I went there. However, I do see a pattern with most Rack Room shoes in awful customer service. So, maybe it’s not the sales rep.. it’s the way they were trained.
I went in to browse for some new tennis shoes and I was greeted with a smile and welcome right off. Someone else checked on me once during the time I was there, which was perfect. Not the obnoxious salesman routine hovering ud83dude02 They were great!
Store is letting in 20 customers max right now but it's open! Decent prices, especially if you do BOGO half off.
OMG THE BEST SERVICE EVER. ASKED EMPLOYEE/GENTLEMAN ABOUT COMFORT OF MASK. HE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND ON POINT. THE CASHIERS ADDED TO WHAT HE SAID. THEY KNOW THERE STUFF...I THANK YOU!!
