Saw a great deal on a new Lowrance fish finder. The sale was easy, then came the install. I already had a small 7” unit in console and moving up to a 12”. The service team was very knowledgeable. We talked about covering the hole with starboard or I had heard about a console plate from Precision Sonar. We all agreed with a newer boat the Precision was the way to go. After a couple weeks the plate came in and I brought it over to Bass Pro with the boat. They were also going to move the 7” to the right of the console so bought a mount for that as well. I pulled up to the service area and was immediately greeted. Due to the time of year I was told it could be up to a week. Well to my surprise I received a call the following day to say the boat was ready. It’s awesome. They did such a clean professional job. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend their service department.
My son and I are just starting out fishing and needed help getting the right gear to get going. We dealt with a staff member named Diego who was extremely helpful and took the time to assemble everything we needed for local freshwater fishing and educated us a little as we went. He was great to deal with. Very good customer service and personality to match. I highly recommend dealing with Diego for all your fishing needs.
This place is simply fantastic. It's a two hour drive for us but it's well worth it. The selection of salt water fishing gear is truly amazing and the boating section is just as impressive. If you're in the need of outdoor clothing you can probably find what you're looking for here as well.
They have a gigantic selection of good products and the atmosphere is always pleasant with the fish and stuffed animals. The service is pretty good from some team members but its not quite as good as a smaller gun shop such as Tar River Arms where they provide top shelf customer service. Understandably its probably because their employees are typically older and have to deal with a lot of people.
Had a fishing reel ring up without the sale, guy at the fishing section realized and quickly helped me get it fixed with no hassle.nnDon’t remember his name but he was a NCSU student. Nice guy, helped me out with the reel and showed my friend and I some cool stuff.nnEasy 5.
