I went in and a gentleman appeared anxious to help me. He sized me and helped me find a pair of shoes, then deserted me. I had explained that I wore orthotics and that the shoe would need to accommodate that. After he got me the shoes he never came back. I couldn't even get the shoes on. As I walked out he asked if they worked out and I told him no. I reminded him I was disabled and needed more time and help. He made no effort to make things right. I will not return.
ANDREW, the manager was friendly, helpful, polite, honest, understanding and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and took extra time to make sure I was 100% satisified! More people like him would make this world a better placelce! Thank you for your hard work and commitment in 2021. Il Love rack room shoes and highly recommend them!!! My feet are dry, comfortable and happy!!!!!
Completely being ignored while i asked for a latter. Staff was standing around laughing & talking as I waited
The only reason why this store gets two stars instead of one is because I was greeted by a kind rep who attempted to help me find what I needed. While the kind rep who assisted me was busy checking out others, a man who looked like he was management stood in a corner on his phone. Occasionally, stopping to assist two guys while completely ignoring me. Not once did he ask if I needed assistance—which I did. Poor management at its finest.
I went to return a shoes with the box and receipt, and only tried the shoes once, but the manager said it’s not returnable because he won’t be able to sell back with an attitude.
