I've not been to many Petcos, but this visit was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. Things were reasonably priced!
I don’t know if I’ve ever been to a Petco that actually provided great service, but this is by far the worst location. Sean was extremely unfriendly and “smart” when I called in asking if I can use their store coupon on 1 bag of cat food when the coupon stated 2 bags. The coupon was for Buy 1, Get 1 Free. They only had 1 bag of the cat food I buy, and the Raleigh store was completely sold out. I asked Sean if I could just get the 1 bag available and him mark it 50% off instead of me having to grab an extra bag I would never use. When I get to the store and check out, he doesn’t say anything and the cashier not 1 word! No hello, no total, no goodbye and thank you. Won’t be making this drive from Raleigh again.
Awesome pet store ud83dudc96 the staff went above and beyond to help me find things I was needing for my absolutely precious pet Pomeranian named Bella. I found everything we needed! Great store for any kind of pet. Staff is absolutely friendly and courteous! Employee and customers are doing great with social distancing and keeping the store clean and moving safely. Love ud83dudc95 the quality of. food here. The store is always clean, bright, and well stocked.
