I was sent to Ralph Bakers from the Salisbury V.A. Podiatrist for shoe inserts. Ralph Jr was awesome to work with and went way beyond my expectation. I usually only get on set of VA insoles a year, but Ralph Jr made sure I got two pairs. One for work and one for running. I also was blessed to get two pairs of shoes that are perfect for my foot disabilities. Highly recommend this business for many many reasons. Great people!!!!!!
Absolutely wonderful experience. Michael H. was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as I explained my foot pain and support needs. Came out with a great pair of shoes and super supportive insoles. When I put them on, I could stand comfortably with minimal pain for the first time in 7-8 months. I waited way too long to go to Ralph Baker’s but now I will be a customer for life.

First time here. Our son has flat feet & was in desperate need of new shoes & inserts. The last place he got shoes & inserts was in Kentucky. We were all impressed with the top notch service & knowledge of the staff. Marissa was very kind, helpful & knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your outstanding assistance. Bakers is a local owned very well priced . For people with diabetes you can get a free pair of shoes . Love the treatment towards the community
