Love it very helpful staff and very nice to deal with good prices
The customer service here was very terrible customer had to wait on line for a staff member to come from the back.
Well one customer service representative was sitting on the floor on her phone and the other worker was just standing in one spot. No one came and ask if I needed any kind of assistance.
The man was extremely rude... I ordered the wrong size shoe online, I went in to return and reorder the correct size. He refused to return the shoe. I had to drive all the way across town to another location to return it. The manager there claimed he could’ve did it at his store. Because they are the same he just didn’t want to help me. But she did help me return the shoe and was vet helpful.
Great prices! I love the fact that the staff greets you and let you shop freely. I like trying on my shoes in peace. They are there right away if you need them.
