From now on I’ll go to the one in the mall one girl was extremely nice the other was so rude. The young lady with the braids up in a ball was so nice. The one with the long hair was so rude, she actually walked away from me. All I was trying to do was ask her for help with finding my keys. If you’re in customer service you should really try to be kind and courteous. Sorry to leave a bad review but that girl needs to work on her manners. I hope she’s not a manager. I would’ve walked out without buying anything if not for the other girl.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES! I arrived with my children and was in the store for less than 10 minutes before I was approached by not one, but two associates. Before I even explain, when we came in the door, there was a child running around with no parent! Anyway, i was looking for my husband some slides for fathers day and my kids were a few steps away looking at kids shoes. NOT taking them out of boxes, just looking at displays. One lady said something about them just LOOKING at the shoes. The other lady starts trying to put up the boxes i had out DECIDING which pair i wanted go get for my husband. I told her I would put them up once I decided, and the other lady added a smart comment that my kids couldnt be running around the store. They were NOT RUNNING AROUND THE STORE. at that point, I was furious and I left! NEVER AGAIN will we be back at this store!
