Exceptional dining with genuine atmosphere wooden candlelight and a wood fireplace.nnIf dining outside then there is also fire pits right near the tables.nnThis place is definitely a destination.nnThey even rent cabins on site

Excellent! We were seated next to a comfy fire, in a charming room. Food and cocktails were wonderful. We'll certainly stop by again when passing through.

The Stagecoach had been a long time favorite of ours. Years of enjoying the piano bar and great food. Times do change, especially now, but we were sorry to see how much this old favorite had changed. The atmosphere was very impersonal. Ordering wine and food on the phone (if you had one) was difficult & awkward. I ordered a salad, not properly washed, our dinner came before we had eaten our appetizers. Before we were finished a gal put the 'kitchen tub' next to our table and said when we were done to put our dishes in that. She was not going to clear our dishes!!! Weird to say the least. Strange how they got to the table in the first place. Before we finished our wine, the bill was presented, in a credit card machine, so we never actually saw it. Tip was included, but what for, the 'waitstaff' didn't do anything, really?! So, sadly this was a disappointing change to a lovely, once very vibrant restaurant, that once had fabulous food.

Great scallops and bacon and perfect steak and potatoes . Great casual atmosphere
