went to this location thinking i knew exactly what i wanted. When we got there Gage casually but knowledgeably helped me and my wife. He asked and answered everything with tons of knowledge and experience. He was also super friendly and personable. I left with a great pair of shoes and he even got my wife interested enough about running to buy a pair of her own. And she NEVER wants to run. Gage is awesome and we appreciate all of his help and knowledge!!
Because of Covid, and low capacity here, I would recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait outside. The staff here were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me great insight into which shoe was right for me. They took my opinion into account and made sure to reflect my needs in the shoe they chose. The price of my shoes was fair and I also got a 10% military discount. Of course we all wish good running shoes were cheaper but their pricing is fair when taking into account the quality of the shoes and the experience of the staff.
Great customer service, they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with whatever you try on. Sam assisted my husband and I and he is fun and so easy to talk to, though I can say the rest of the team too.nnWe've been coming here since they opened (before they were fleet feet) & it was great before, it's great now.
The experience was great. The staff took time to explain to me what they believed I needed for my situation. They were so kind, caring, and informative. Now I love my shoes and will for sure be back.
Love your customer service! My most recent 3 pairs have come from Fleet Feet. I love that you keep records so you know what shoes I’ve bought, and that I can check the availability and then stop in to pick up my shoes. Love that you are convenient for me and that I can always depend on Fleet Feet!
