John Allen Shoes is such a pleasure to shop at. The BEST Customer service and the best selection. I have a special needs brother and they make him feel like a million bucks. He can be very uncooperative, but when we go there, he's a different person. He knows he is going to be treated like a king. God Bless this store and all the employees.
I can walk into John Allen Shoes and I get the greatest service ever. They know how to solve my feet problems with the right balance and support.
They were very personable providing individualized attention to help my son find the right shoes to support him learning how to walk. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they were about feet, their development, and how patient they were with a cranky toddler. I even learned something new! I will definitely be visiting them again to get shoes for my son!
