While attending a women's conference on two different occasions, I stayed at this hotel. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. One of the front desk staffers (Ms. Darlene) made me feel as though she was genuinely concerned about me receiving credit and points for my 3 day and 2 night stay recently. I plan to stay at THIS hotel every time I am in the area.
Zero stars would be a better description! The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! No hot water during most of my stay of about 3 months. Rarely if ever had my room cleaned. Always having to go down to the front desk and ask for fresh towels and bedding, trash bags, toilet paper. Room keys wouldn’t work for more than a day or two without having to make the dreaded trip to the front desk with hands full of food and drink to get it reprogrammed. My advice, avoid Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton in Wiggins Mississippi!
I dont expect much out of a hotel, but a decent bed and a hot shower is nice. This was quite possibly the worst shower experience I've ever had. Hot!? I'm lucky I got wet. What a joke.
Excellent Hotel! Miss Connie specifically working this afternoon went above and beyond. We appreciate it. Very clean.
this is a very unprofessional establishment. i booked a night here and they double charged my card. i called them and tried to handle it and get my money back and they told me they would not be giving me my money back and i would have to take it up with my bank. i couldn’t get in touch with the manager for 3 days, the lady i talked to was very rude and unprofessional. i will not be staying here anymore and am very disappointed.
