I will never stop at this Pizza Hut again.i called to place a simple order for wings. I got put on hold for 25 minutes, so I decided to hang up and call back. I got placed on hold again. I called from a different number and told them I would not hold. Was told to hold 2 minutes. Them was hung up on. I called again and told them I had been trying for now 30 minutes. Immediately all I got was attitude. So I sent my husband in and she sent him back out stating she told me it would be 10 minutes. That was a lie. I politely put my form of payment back in my pocket. My money isn't worth the headache to them. We came up this way because we had a tournament. It is safe to say I will not visit this restaurant anymore.
As always Pizza Hut is the greatest . from the customer service to the pricing and everything in between , this chain is amazing.
Very little red sauce on the pizzas. Disappointed. First they got rid of BBQ pizza and now scant sauce. No reason to go back.
I ordered a pizza from Columbia ms pizza hut it was made wrong it was a hour and a half late when it finally made it to me the delivery woman that I was told was a manager cussed me out for not tipping her for this order !!! Wasn't going to tip for a wrong cold pizza
Service was ok. Food was good. Anout what you expect from Pizza Hut drive through
