Didn’t receive ranch dips that I paid for.
The service was wonderful. Had a large party about 15 people. No order was messed up and the server never got visibly frustrated. The good was So So and the price was a little high but a fun atmosphere.
Today is the last time that I'll be ordering from Buffalo wild wings. I called and ordered wings with hot sauce. Got home and opened the box and they looked like I bought them yesterday and reheated them. I always ask for extra crispy just so they taste done and not slimy, they were extra crispy but obviously dipped back into the grease after they were sauced! This is the second time this has happened so in done. Sad for me because I really like that place.
Service was extremely slow and we got a gratuity add-on for knowing guys at the table next to us.
Based on the last few meals I've received from this establishment, food was cold 2 out of 3 times, wings barely had anything on them 2 out of 3 times, customer service was abysmal 1 out of 3 times, and wings were half cooked 1 out of 3 times. Based on that, I feel that it's fair to say that quality is certainly not consistent. After enjoying the Ridgeland location, I thought I'd give this location more chances but I'm very disappointed.
