I SPENT ALMOST $100 ON PIZZAS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S 13th BIRTHDAY PARTY FIRST THEY MESSED UP THE PICKUP TIME THEN LOST MY ORDER AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT THE PIZZA AND ARRIVED HOME MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG AND COLD!!! I AM ONE VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER NOT TO MINTON WE ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE A LOT AND USUALLY IT'S FINE BUT THIS TIME THIS ORDER WAS VERY IMPORTANT AND VERY EXPENSIVE TO BE IN CORRECT!!!

My name was listed as being ready, I paid, and was told it wasn’t ready yet. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting.
The pizza hutt in collins ms gave me one price, tried to charge me another when I arrived to pick our pizza up, then I THOUGHT that was sorted out but Days later they charged me AGAIN almost double what they claimed I was paying when I picked the pizza up. When I called to dispute this, of COURSE no one wants to deal with the issue—simply refer you to corporate. Might seem trivial to some but I don’t appreciate my card being charged AFTER the fact when what I signed on was something entirely different. I literally signed for an entirely different amount! This is fraudulent!
