Order the tasting menu! Best sushi in the area.
If the food wasn't so good, we would have left after 30 minutes before placing our order. I understand these are trying times, but if you are going to open the restaurant to 25% capacity, prepare the staff for it.nTwo hours later, we left. Great food, but the service ruined the enjoyment. Might be a while before we return.
we loved it. we were visiting from Brooklyn. our first good sushi in a while during pandemic. was a bit pricey but worth it.
Simple, not very special Japanese food. Fine in a pinch for a sushi craving but not worth a visit otherwise. Nice indoor tea house atmosphere!
Fast service but mediocre food. Uninspired bento boxes — the main meat was nice, but everything else was lacking. Steamed veggies with mayonnaise, bland cucumber rolls, and some seaweed. There are many nice places to eat in GB and this isn’t one of them.nnEdit: the hissy fit posted by the owner as a response to this review shows a commitment to sticking with their bad food instead of improving in response to feedback. Boiled vegetables covered with mayonnaise should not be part of any “designer” bento boxes. Hard times punish bad restaurants.
