Love this place. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I have a variety of different animals from reptiles to kitties so it helps to be able to find everything in one spot. Staff couldn’t be any nicer either. They are always super helpful. I was going to a different pet store in the area but myself and my siblings have all started coming here. Prices are great too!
I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Pittsfield . They have a wide variety of food and supplies, and the service I’ve received has been fantastic. The employees have a great knowledge of their inventory and speedy assistance to customers.
Every trip I make to Pet Supplies Plus is the same. I’m cheerfully greeted and assisted before the doors close behind me! The store always has what I need and it is my highly preferred store for all my pets needs. Thank you!
Super friendly staff! This place was WAY better stocked than the Petco here in Pittsfield. The selection is much nicer too, even though it's way smaller. Cat and dog selection is AMAZING, less stocked for other pets. I wish there were more resources around training. And the self-service dog wash is surprisingly spacious. A little dark. Definitely recommend!
Pet Supplies Plus has the biggest small animal department I've seen. My only complaint is the Care Fresh was so expensive I went to another store to buy it. But I did get some treats my boys love. The associate was very nice and every time I've been in there they have been very friendly and helpful.
