We placed a order on Friday night the woman who took my order was very rude to begin with the employee said pick up in 30 minutes so I arrived a couple minutes early I waited a extra 30 minutes when I got home and opened our order it was thrown together and looked unappetizing the steak was ordered medium rare and it was well done. The cheeseburger bun was soggy so we were very disappointed when we called we were put on hold and basically blown off
I do DoorDash, & recently while waiting for an order by the kitchen I realized not a single person in that kitchen had their mask on their face. From the COOKS to the girl “Danielle” packing up orders. Every single employee had it testing on their chin. I’m disgusted because not only are you working in the middle of a global pandemic but you just had a Covid case in your restaurant. Do better. Next time I’ll take photos.
Something went wrong today 9/19/20. Server forgot to give us utensils, garlicky green beans actually had ice crystals they were so cold, received garlic mashed potatoes instead of fries, lastly I wasn't aware they cut a piece of steak as small as the one I had. However what our party of 5 ordered tasted great.
Great food and great service my only complaint is that the a/c is too high making you and your food cold, if you want people to feel comfortable u have turn that cold air down I'm a young guy imagine the elderly how they feel .
Oriental salad had huge chunks of cabbage endsud83dude2c. Ordering choices lacked logicud83eudd2a. Polyurethane on table sticking to arms. Food was a bit slowud83dudc22.nSteak was cooked right.ud83eudd69nWaitress, Amy and all, was nice and pleasant ud83dude01ud83dude18
