Nice service, friendly helpful guy who ran the truck but come to find out I could have gotten the exact same pair of boots $40 cheaper at a few different places.

This company brings a shoe truck to my place of employment frequently. They are bound by stringent safety requirements regarding the shoes we are offered. I called to discuss my options for comfortable slip resistant safety toe footwear. I had an associate look into my request for a certain brand of shoe for me. I called back to touch base on his progress and was transferred to the owner of the company. He talked to me for a good 15-20 minutes regarding my selection. Unfortunately, the shoe I requested did not meet the safety standards required by my company. He offered me an alternative shoe in which he had in my size (+ a size larger AND a size smaller) on the shoe truck for me the next day. I told him that I would get back to him with my feedback. I was very impressed with the efforts of this company that I felt my feedback should be a GOOGLE Review for everyone to see. The shoes fit well, they are more comfortable than several pairs I've owned in the past and quite stylish!! Thank you for your help SID BOEDEKER! I really appreciate it!

I have been calling all morning to see if they have my grandpas shoes in stock. No one answers the phone and it goes to voicemail. It says they are open on the website so I don’t see why they wouldn’t answer the phone. Definitely not a good experience.

Picked up a new pair of boots (Timberland PRO TiTAN). I got a good fit and quick service.nThe only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was i had to read the box to find out details on the boot. The sales person wasn't volunteering any information on the boots i was interested in other than the boots being popular.nnI was happy to pick up some anti-fatigue inserts while i was there. I really appreciate that they have them.nnWould return to buy from here again.
