To go order staff was a real sweetie. Asked the manager for a face mask when I was out in the parking lot not knowing who she was and she offer it with no problem. This location is cool in my book! Great job
Long wait food ok
There’s no curbside pick up but they offer it to you online for this location. They even text you saying your food will be brought out shortly after you mark that you’ve arrived.. BUT IT WON’T! Why ask what kind of car I have?! Y’all need to fix that! Smh But the young man that helped me in the pick up area did a good job, he’s appreciated. This was at about 6:15pm on 3/21/21
I ordered online at home the app said it should be ready in 10 minutes. It took me 10 minutes to get there. I called when I arrived at the curbside to go. The worker asked me my name and order (mind you I only ordered side items not an actual meal). Long story short I waited over 30 minutes outside Applebees before calling back. So in reality it took them 40 minutes to bring me side items. I really wanted to ask for my tip back that I left on the app. Very few people (aka one person) I associate with that live in this community still patronize this location because everyone else thinks it's unprofessional. I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and they keep disappointing. From now on I will be going to the other location.
Honestly the best apple bees in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The vibe is laid back and the servers always attentive. I’d drive from the city just to come to this one.
