The customer service was very “snooty.” The workers made exceptions for their friends that were in the store. All customers should be treated with the same amount of attention and respect. Personally, working years in retail, I understand the day to day frustration, but the following is not negotiable. 1. ALL customers must be told to wear mask ( no exceptions for fiends) 2. ALL customers should be asked if need assistance 3. ALL customers should not have to wait a long time for a fitting room 4. Customers don’t need to hear the workers bad mouth or complaining about your other stores.nAll of the above listings made for a uncomfortable, unwelcoming experience. Thus we will not be returning.
The stylist here in Kirkwood is the best around in St.Louis.
